Nick did a great job. He quickly diagnosed our problem, a condensate drain line, and corrected it. He also cleaned all of the filters in the air units. He was very polite and professional. He cleaned up the units and the materials he used. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Watkins Heating and Cooling.

I have zero complaints, price was great, service was above and beyond, I was having trouble multiple times a year with my unit. Watkins came out and completely fixed this same unit in literally an hour. I've not had any trouble with it since. There knowledge of how the operation of units run is second to none. We recently had this company install new hvac in our business which was no small task but they had us a quote the same day and had us up and going in no time. We were impressed with how neat and tighty the finished product turned out. The guys kept the work area clean throughout the whole process and answered every question we had.
